From Jesus to Ganesh

I think i can speak for Natalie when i say that entering a large church with beautiful color and natural light falling just the right way is really awe-inspiring. Having light like that for a photographer is like giving booze to an alcoholic, catnip to a cat… i digress. But it’s really difficult to take a bad photo and we can’t wait to post more of these lovely locations around Boston. Really beautiful.

Then, on the other far end of the religious spectrum, we have Indian traditions. You may recall our 4 day Indian ‘marathon’
and we still have pics coming out of that one. We captured over 6000, yes, six thousand in total. On the second of four days, it is traditional for Gujarati’s to have a ‘Garba’ session, which is essentially they dance to the goddess ‘Amba’ and the dance is traditionally done at night and performed largely by women, though men do participate. And again, the flourishing colors and wide smiles on everyone’s faces just evokes great photos without much effort.
We’ve been quite blessed to be part of both of these events.
