Valerie + Erik
When Valerie came in to a consultation with her mom, a photographer herself… I knew we had a lot to live up to.
After going over all the details of Valerie and Erik’s day, it became apparent that they put a premium on their photography and wanted the very best that we could deliver. We love clients like this, give us a minimum of an hour and we promise you some amazing photographs that you will cherish for a lifetime! Luckily with Valerie and Erik, we had two hours and we were in the heart of the city. So it wasn’t hard for us to get some great shots in and around Faneuil Hall.
Valerie and Erik had their ceremony and reception at the Millennium Hotel in downtown Boston. It was a semi-traditional Jewish ceremony with an awesome home-made chuppah, made of what appeared to be birch tree trunks and was just awesome.
We love shooting at the Millennium Hotel, it’s a great location and also very challenging for any photographer as the glass ceilings are difficult to shoot against. But as you can see in the photos, we make it work.

These are amazing! I love the holiday theme outdoors. It’s funny, i’m also a photographer and i’ve passed by that tunnel before and i had a similar idea using a light inside.

I agree. These came out great. Very umm ‘stately’ and classic. I’d love to get married in the heart of downtown…. someday!
