From South of Boston
- Take 93 North towards Braintree/Quincy/Milton.
- Get off at Exit 9. You will continue forward once you've exited for about a half mile. Best to stay in the left lane.
- You will see a Dunkin Donuts on your right and you will pass through that set of lights where the fire station is located.
- Once you've gotten through that light you'll see a little entrance on your left to go over a bridge and head towards Milton. There is a yellow blinking light here. Take this entrance to the left.
- If you've passed two gas stations you've gone too far.
- Now immediately get on the right side.
- You will then be presented with a Left or Right Only. This is Adams Street. The sign is difficult to see, but it's the only 'T-shaped' intersection.
- Take a right onto Adams Street. Follow the curves of this road, and eventually there will be a fork in the road, stay to the right, which is straight.
- Keep following Adams Street, about a half mile, over a large hill and past all the beautiful houses.
- Once you head downhill, you will come into a little town area and be presented with a Red Light that intersects with Eliot Street.
- You will continue past this light and just after that you will see the brick buildings on the left, there will be an opening just after passing over the bridge.
- The large brick buildings on your left side will be our complex. The Baker Chocolate Factory Lofts.
- 1245 Adams Street. If you've gone to Dunkin Donuts, you've gone too far.
- Reference the map above to get parking instructions. You can park on the street or in the Visitors lot.
From North of Boston
- Take 93 South towards Quincy/Milton.
- Get off at Exit 11B. You will turn right off this exit and immediately make your way to the left lane.
- After passing over a small bridge, look for the second set of lights, at the set take a left onto MILTON Street.
- Stay straight and at the second stop sign, take a left onto ADAMS Street.
- Then make your way through 3 sets of lights, until you see a Dunkin Donuts on your right side. You will be making a left onto Adams Street (Yes, also Adams).
- Immediately find street parking after making left, or take first right into Cobblestone driveway and located visitor parking on the first row of cars.
From West of Boston
- Take the Mass Pike towards Boston.
- Take 93 South towards Quincy/Milton.
- Get off at Exit 11B. You will turn right off this exit and immediately make your way to the left lane.
- After passing over a small bridge, look for the second set of lights, at the set take a left onto MILTON Street.
- Stay straight and at the second stop sign, take a left onto ADAMS Street.
- Then make your way through 3 sets of lights, until you see a Dunkin Donuts on your right side. You will be making a left onto Adams Street (Yes, also Adams).
