Who photographs our event?

Only Brendan & Jen shoot for Symbol Photography.

What are your most important attributes?

Jen and Brendan are polar opposites in almost every way. Jen is very candid in her approach and is a close-up shooter, Brendan is more about the scene and a wider shooter. Jen drives a truck, Brendan a small car.... you get the gist. :) However it's this blending of styles that lends itself to a holistic vision which clients expect us to deliver on each and every shoot.

Do we get the photos on CD/DVD?

We include a 'Printable DVD' with every package. This contains the low-resolution files allowing you to post of Facebook and email. High Resolution files available for purchase!

How long before we get our Photos?

It depends on the package ordered. The longer we are there, the more photos we shoot, the longer they take to process. But we always guarantee turnaround in under four weeks.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have professional indemnity and public liability insurance...and of course our equipment is insured.

What equipment do you use?

Brendan & Jen both shoot with Canon 5DMKII's and our newly acquired Hasselblad H4D40. We use the latest and greatest professional line of equipment from Canon. We also use a host of professional lighting equipment in our studio in Boston.

Are there any hidden costs?

The prices quoted are fully inclusive. There are no hidden extras.

Do you enjoy what you do?

Absolutely! Photography is our life. Our entire world revolves around photographs, capturing people, emotions, locations and ensuring we are up to date on the latest techniques.

Can we request specific photographs or poses?

Absolutely! If you have an idea or have seen another photo that you really like, please forward to us and we'll do our best to replicate it.

Can you provide framed enlargement?

Yes. We can provide a range of post-session accessories including canvas prints, framed enlargements. There is no pressure - prices available on request.

What else do we need to know?

Jen and Brendan are very easy to work with. We have all sorts of products available, and we make them available to you, but we do not 'up sell' you on any products you don't inquire about of your own volition.
